All I did to my IFS is torsion bars, Idler arm gusset, shocks, manual hubs, a lifetime alignment at Firestone!!! and NO lift kits!!!!!!!
I highly recomend the gusset, lifetime allignment, and manual hubs. with the manual hubs you can unlock them if you bust them and drive home without turning the busted shafts and joints, also you can eliminate alot of highway wear escpecially if you crank in some lift.
