How high can i go?

What's up guys!!! Ok so I have a 2006 v6 4Runner with a toytech 3 inch suspension lift and 33 inch tires and when articulating my wells stuff and this causes me to not be able to move at all unless I activate the central lock and tear apart my wells. Any ideas how to fix this by more well trimming or can I do a body lift and more suspension lift? What is the max lift I can get out of both body and suspension with out having to do any serious mods or spending too much money. I would like it a little taller but not sure what's safe without extending all my components? Thoughts or opinions?
Thanks.

first note exactly where you're getting contact.
to many, it would be a better decision to address the areas where it's rubbing first and see if it takes care of the problem. a BFH is usually the tool of choice on things like sheet metal pinch welds. fender liners can be either cut or heated and reformed slightly to continue keeping debris from collecting.

i'm not understanding the "bound" issue when your tires are stuffed - if it's that stuffed you have major contact issues preventing you from moving, it could be related to wheel/tire specs being wrong. center diff shouldn't have anything to do with that, being in normal drive or 4wd would do the same damage. you should have your center locked anyways if you're fully articulating your suspension and getting to a point where Atrac may kick in.
