Question Homemade Bike Rake

Does anyone have any ideas or experience in homemade hitch mounted bike racks. I have a 95 runner and looking for a cheaper option than buying new.

hmmm dunno what it would cost to make a bike carrier from scratch, but I just got this new one on Ebay.com...BIKE CARRIER 2 BICYCLE RACK REAR RECEIVER HITCH MOUNT (140038882298) lot easier than trying to rig one... just my opinon....
