GenIII Runner Wheels / Tires Question

I'm looking some options for rims / tires for my 99 4runner Ltd. I found a set of wheels I really like 16x8" w/ 4.8" backspacing. How would these rims compare to stock? Would there be fitment problems?

Thanx for the help!!!!

Measure what you have now and see:

Sounds like a little more backspacing that stock, double check that and the clearance you have behind the wheels/tires.

Thanx Roger for the link. The rims have +10 offset with the 4 7/8" backspacing. It looks as though it will be close.

I found a guy on cardomain with the exact wheel/tire setup I was looking for:

The rims are Ultra Type 160 with above stats.

What have you genIIIs run?
