frame swap

yes i searched didnt find any thing well i just traded my f150 for a 86 toyota pickup but has frame rot and i also got a extra frame its a 93 lifted with sas front no rot would the body bolt right up? both r extra cabs?

No the body will not bolt straight up. Different years, different frames.

Are you sure about that?

I bought an '87 standard cab a year or so ago, which had the famed frame rot. I bought and stripped a '92 standard cab for the frame. Everything bolted right up.

Maybe I got lucky?

i had a 90 and a 93 did a frame up restoration on an extended cab used the 93 frame and motor used the 90 body bolted up just fine guess it all depends
