Electronic Tranny question
I am doing a 4.3 swap into my 85 4runner. I am going to use a megasquirt to control the engine with a friends help.
The 4.3 I want to use '93-95 will have an electronic tranny behind it.
My question is when swapping in the 4L60E do you just rob the tranny controller and harness from the donor vehicle and wire it in or is it integrated with the 4.3's ECM?
