Dual case questions!?

Dual case questions!?
so i have a top shift tcase in my truck and another one attached to a spare tranny in the garage.
And the Trail gear dual adapter is on sale right now.
and i had a few questions i couldnt find clear answers to.
Would it be a good idea to double 2.28s and do the 4.7s in the rear case at a later date when money allows?
Do i have to have twin sticks?
all i need is the two cases and adapter set?
How hard is the build?
is 2.28sX2 even worth it?

No you dont have to have twin sticks.
Dual cases are very easy to set up. Just follow the instructions
I have dual 2.28s in mine and thought I would go to 4.7s in the rear case at a later time but its plenty low enough for what I do. I just it just depends on what kind of trails you run

The adapter and 2nd reduction adds about 6.5" to the length of the t-case, and you need to shorten the rear driveshaft by about that much. Unlikely the stock rear shaft would compress far enough to work. Check with a local driveline shop for pricing on the shaft work, or you can contact High Angle Driveline (http://highangledriveline.com/). Best to install the dual cases, then measure for the required shaft lengths.
