Driveway Do-Able?

Hey guys , ive got a 94 4runner and was looking at the procomp stage II 4'' lift and was wondering if i can do it in my driveway? Any links to write ups would be greatly appreciated. thanks

It's basically a bracket lift that is bolt on. Should be doable with a friend.

i dont see why not...im still considering such lift...but now that i have really looked around there are quite a few other options that are also catching my eye

Don't quote me on this, but I'm pretty sure that there is no welding required at all. If any cutting is required, all you need is a grinder and a lot of disks.

I did mine in my driveway. As long as you don't do anything stupid you will finish in a day or two with a friend.

You'll need to cut a crossmember, so you either can buy an angle grinder for $30-50 and some cutting wheels or just use a sawzall with metal blades.

Its not too difficult, but, it does take some time and patience especially if you hvae some rusty bolts/nuts.
