Trust me when I say that no one makes 4th gen bumpers - front or rear - for more than one or two people. If you want something, your best bet is going to be either to wait for the ARB bumper or have a place custom build you one.

Second, are any frame changes necessary, or is it a bolt-on.

Finally, is it available without the spare tire carrier, and would the spare still fit underneath in the stock location?
No we didn't persue making these. we will do them custom in house but that's about it.

I'll bite. How much to make one for my 2005, and ship it to me via truck freight?

I want one, why did I have to move away from Cali. Damn you work.

Nice job, now time to persuade someone out here to build one of those for me.

On another note, anyone know anything on ARB's progress on front/rear bumpers?

I'm sorry too. It would have been an elegant solution to my problem. Also too bad you didn't make a accurate CAD drawing of the one you built for Good Times. I'd pay you a royalty for it and have one built up here. Do I hear distribution rights for Canada? More and more guys in the oil patch are finally smartening up and buying Toyotas, instead of the GM and Ford products, because they don't break. Dodge trucks with the Cummins diesel are still popular, though, and if I needed a monster truck, that would probably be it.

Sorry to ramble on.
