I have seen his sliders and they are beefy. The mount points seem much sturdier (sp?) than most sliders I have seen. My sliders (Demello Hybrids) are getting powder coated right now, but once I get a chance to have them installed I'll post some pics.
Check TTORA, tons of people over there have Demello sliders.

Yeah Jared...those are the ones I am leaning towards (they look pretty solid)...I was just curious to see a pic of the double square tube sliders before i made up my mind and purchase.
But when you put those puppies on...please post some pics...I would like to see how they sit mounted.
Keep me posted.

Here are our Hybrid sliders on my 05 Taco. They are extremely strong. They tuck up to the body like the round ones do and the square ones stick out alittle.

I saw a ton of Demello craftsmanship when I wheeled with the TTORA group in Big Bear.
All of his stuff is top notch.
Ask Lance (Goodtimes) or Matt (Darx) they have Demello all over their trucks.

thanks for the pics (awsumdc)...they look pretty solid. Do the hybrids stick out enough to act as a step (up)? or do they tuck in the body pretty close?
no pics of the double square though huh???

So is everyone paying what it says on their web site. $400 for the hybrid sliders. (Are they made of gold or what) I mean, is it really worth it to pay that much?

Pat,
No need to be facetious. In fact, you should be asking yourself this: do you know how much it costs to replace body damage around the rocker panels? That $400 will seem very cheap if you're protected.
Now there are less expensive sliders out there on the market. Demello has some inexpensive ones too. You're also up in Stubbs Welding territory, so you might want to look his prices up too. Youre even close to Roger Brown.
And, please just search and you will find those two guys have a good following too

As promised, below are some pictures of my hybrid sliders. First, I would like to talk about the cost of the sliders. These sliders are just plain tough. Check out many threads on TTORA about what people have done to them w/o them getting damaged. Literally people dropping their trucks multiple feet on to solid rock. Now I'm not dissing any other slider out there, but really the cheaper ones out there are for a different use. They are for protection, but not from the worst conditions. Many of them also come not fully assembled (the legs not even welded on). Many don't have end caps. They can charge less because of this. Also, Demello puts 4 cross braces on the slider as opposed to three like most people put on, and a few put only two. Again, not to diss other people's products, they are good for their cost. I'm not trying to be holier than thou here, I just don't want people thinking that Demello is ripping people off. He barely makes any cash off of them.
Okay.. pics below.
