That's interesting, I knew of the fire, had told Andrew to have the insurance company contact me if they had any questions, but I never heard any from them.

As for the rest of you, the truck that burned up, it was a heavily modified Solid axle Swap truck with suspension (both front and rear swapped out to leafspring) and it was sitting on about 10" of lift and 35's, it didn't have spacers or even anything that resembled the original suspension or lift spacers on it.

If anyone has any questions on this or other issues feel free to contact me at CornfedSuspension@cox.net

Cornfed Suspension,
I was not bashing your product, machined spacers will not blow up a truck. i was simply commenting on the customer service aspect. i know all the troubles he faced in dealing with your company (i.e: i was 2 feet away from him while you called him a liar about being a fire fighter on the phone, which in fact he is a fire fighter with carrolton; not taking responsibility for his truck running horribly upon return from your shop, which turned out to be poor worksmanship in that you just dropped the fuel tank, still connected to the fuel lines which crimped the main line enough to starve the engine of fuel, and the list goes on). Again, I AM NOT BASHING YOUR PRODUCT, just putting out a simple warning to future customers. MACHINED METAL SPACERS WILL NOT bLOW UP YOUR TRUCK, they offer reasonable lift for a good price and are simple to install, personally a route i would take if i didnt have t-bar ifs and leaf springs on my pickup.
Regards,
Andy

First of all, I understand you weren't bashing the company or the lift and I made no personal attacks on any of your statements, although posting a unrelated pic to stir up trouble was unneeded.

Later,
David

Well on a different note, I got the cornfed front spacers and diff drop at the end of the summer. I have had it for a few months with the OME 891 springs in back. Love it and have no complaints. They were great people to deal with and shipping didn't take all that long.

QUESTION:

Back to the Cornfed spacers... I have a question, I see alot of stores, etc selling the kits with 3 inch fronts and 2.5 inch rear spacers. Would that give it the appearance that the rear is sagging??? If anything , I prefer the slight raked look. I want to buy some spacers soon, so what should I get to accomplish the look I want ???

Thanks in Advance !!

Not, this is done to make things more even. I can have them made any way you want.

For ex, here is 3" front 2" rear on 2003+ 4Runner. This also levels things out, since the 2003+ runners have much more spacing in the REAR than front.

Here is 96-02:

They can be made however you want, but I'm showing the most popular setups.
