Theres a ton of people in california, just post a thread for a weekend wrench-a-thon and order some pizza and some beverages!

I understand the reasoning for not dumping it ASAP with a baby about to come, but when the time comes, you can get friends or members here to help with the mod swaps and life will be good and labor cheap. If you can't get a wrench-a-thon to go, contact a goverment official and tell them you need some cheap illegal immigrant labor for a day and that the money they get will allow them to get a house or ranch, lol.

i think you're supposed to start w:

"Hi, my name is ____________, and I'm a wheel-a-holic..."

for joining the people who've "been there, done that, got the payment book to prove it"...

Maybe in another state or country. Don't forget, I live in CA... the most expensive state in the US. Unless they pool together their money, and the money from 200 of their closest friends, they might be able to live in a 1 bedroom condo for $300,000.
