bud built rear shock mounts

anyone have the rear shock mounts that bud built sells? i need to run much longer shocks and want to angle then diagonally towards the middle of the bed. Budbuilt seems to be the cheapest and easiest i have seen besides custom fabbing something myself. does that kit (upper and lower mounts) come with everything it shows in the pics. the muffler clamps, lower brackets and the upper plate that bolt the crossmember under the bed. I know the instructions say u can buy the muffler clamps locally. does that mean they dont come in the kit. Thanks in advance for any help

You are correct you have to buy the muffler clamps locally. I have them on my 85. The upper plate has multiple shock mounting postions.

I made my own lower and upper shock mount following the budbuilt design. They work, but you have to tighten the HELL out of them or they rotate around your axle and cross member. If access to a welder, spot weld so that can't happen. Is what I intend to do this spring.

Cheap and easy rear shock hoop solution. Probably cost me $10.
