Body Lift Help!!! 89 Runner..

Whats up guys!! Just need some advice on buying a 3" body lift kit for my runner...Any suggestions on what brand to buy and where to buy it???How about the ones on e-bay, any good??? Oh one more thing, is there any reason (because of installation difficulties) why I should not do a 3" apposed to a 1 or 2" kit??? Thanks in advance, you guys are always very helpful..

Depending upon how much you are willing to spend you have a few options. You can do what I did on my pickup and buy a Performance Accessories kit, which was really easy to install. If you want to go all out go to 4Crawler.com, he makes the best body lifts on the market today. They are a little more expensive but everyone that has a 4Crawler body lift says it is the only one they will consider recommending.

I noticed that the tranfer case shifter is really short, and will need modified somehow as well....Will I need to make a custom one, or do the bl kits come with a fix for the shift lever??? thanks

specifically this photo of what can happen if you use a lift block that is too small a diameter:
