Bilstein or Fox for IFS 2nd Gen?

I'm throwing on some uni ball upper control arms to get some extra travel (about 10inches) and reliability out of my 94 4runner. I'm also running OME torsion bars (23.4mm). My question is which shock shall I go with? My knowledge on shocks is limited, and I'm not sure how these each feel on and off road; or which is better quality. The Bilsteins are a bit cheaper and can be ordered with the valving of my choice. I can't find any info on what the Fox shocks are valved with out of the box.. I was hoping someone would provide some wisdom.

10" Fox 2.0 Remote Resi's
Part: 980-02-032-A
Shaft Diameter: .625
Ext. Length 26.10"
Col. Length 16.10"

10" Bilstein 7100 Remote Resi's
Part: AK7110R04
Shaft Diameter: 14mm
Valving: 255/70 (not sure if that's the valving needed to match the torsion bars)
Ext. Length: 26.06"
Col. Length: 16.03"

No one is going to know exactly the right valving for your truck. Thankfully, both of those shocks can be valved to any rebound or compression numbers.

I'm assuming you'll be desert running? Valving the shocks is more of a trial and error.
You can order the close to what you think will work, and then swap shims as you test them out offroad.

There's a few links on google about what exactly the valving numbers mean and how to go about getting a ballpark valving number to start with.
