Ok..Had a chance to scope a few things out today..as well as research a bit..

I want to install the Chevy springs in the rear w/ a double shackle set up..to increase drop...
But I understand this increases lift in the 2-3 inch range...

So how far will the torsion bar adjusters raise the truck if tightened down ?

Planning the 12" Bilstien 7100 shocks, Racing seat,Harness, small cage, Better bumpstops solution..No body lift.I
I'll make the brackets for the rear springs, bend tube for the shock mounts and cage, I have all of the above already. Need to find a source for bumpstops.

Maybe this will get me up and down decent...???

you don't want to do the double shackle thing if you even think you might get air . . . bad things will happen

x2 - 1 long shackle is plenty. Best solution would be to have the upper pivot above the frame to help keep the ride height down.

Well.. I have the front tighten all the way down...and the rig sit's pretty level...

I'm wondering if this thing has lifted springs in the rear...

It has enough travel as is..Thinking about leaving it. My guy, Ed, isn't too happy after getting them out of the Chevy...

I'll hold on to them for later..

Moving to a cage and the shocks.
