33's & my taco & ???'s
its been asked a million times but i dont know how to search for stuff myself.
i got 31" pro comp x-terrains from 4wheelparts*u know what's* on some black 15x8's over a year ago. needless to say their offset sucked so the 31's rubbed, and i needed a solution in the form of a lift.
i ordered 3.5" lift rear alcan's and for now im running a 3" spacer in the front. i want a sas, but however i end up doing it, the front will eventually go up 5-6"
i sold my 31's and im going down to order 33x12.50's
if i do the pinch weld mod and get the right offset how bad will they rub with only 3" up front??what is the right offset(i think i want 15x10's)??
-thanks from just another guy who bought tires before lift, btw 95.5 taco x-cab v6.

Can't help you with the questions as I haven't had to pound anything with a BFH nor do I know what offset you need for 15x10's but.......
whaddya mean you don't know how to search??
1. Go to purple buttons underneath the logo.
2. Click Search.
3. Type in key words.
4. Hit enter.
5. Marvel at all the threads that appear!

I think the offset on my Eagle 15x10's is 3.75. I think thats standard for 15x10 wheels. Prolly be hard to find wheels with more than the standard offset. I think most would agree that youll rub alot with the setup your asking to run. Might get away a little better with 15x8.

Tire Size vs. Lift Chart
Running backspacing closer to stock and wheel width closer to stock will make fitting tires easier up front. According to the TTORA FAQ (link above) 4-5" of total lift is usually needed, many folks combien a 2.5-3" suspension lift with a 1-2" body lift to run 33s on a Tacoma.

I don't know very much when it comes to this but I have 4" lift and run 33x12.5 I had to go 15x8 because with 15x10 they may have bound up. Maybe with some cutting they would fit. This is only what I have experienced someone may know more about this and how it can be done.

i fit 32x11.50s on 15x8" wheels with 4" backspacing i believe, with 2" of lift. (edit: with very little rub offroad)
i have 4" lift now and there is plenty of room for 33x12.50s.
