Depends on whether you want to raise them (to fill the gap created by the body lift or not). In front, assuming a stock front bumper, usually you need to raise the bumper. Why? Because, Toyota decided that the flimsy sheet metal "bumper" needed some extra support and so bolts it both to the frame and to the fenders to keep it from flapping in the breeze. In back, you can leave the bumper as-is or raise it. You can read about rasing front and rear bumpers for a body lift on this web page.

I can make brackets and hardware kits to work with various bumpers and different height body lifts. You can also make your own out of some steel flat bar and a drill.

What e-mail address did you use and when did you send it? I try to answer e-mails as soon as they arrive and I've not seen yours yet. I'll send you an e-mail with the 3rd gen 4Runner info.

I do not make body lifts and don't wanna step on Rogers toes but I've been making 2" body lift rear bumper relocation brackets since 96. Not only do they relocate the bumper, they have provisions for mounting tow hooks (hooks not included), since Toyota saw fit to not provide good rear tow points. Sold many a set over the years on TTORA but haven't frequented that board for quite some time now.

The plus's to mine over modifying the stock brackets are the tow points and they are alot stronger than the stock brackets. Plus, you don't have to do any fitting/drilling. Just bolt em up.

Keep in mind that the stock brackets are designed weaker so they fold/crumple on hard impact for safety reasons, mine won't.

I am interested in getting brackets for front and back. I have a 2006 4runner and ordered a kit that raises the body up 66mm.
