Add me to the new owners list. Just bought a 95 "T" 4x4 with 183K miles. So far I love the truck, exactly what I was looking for. Not to big not to small and it's a Toyota!!!! Originally I wanted a Tundra but couldn't justify the much higher cost for what I wanted/needed. I'm hoping this forum will be as informative as others I frequent. I do all my own maintenance so will be looking for some pointers in the future.

1996 Blue 4x4 new owner since spring '03. I've been a toy man since my first 4runner when I was 17. The knowledge on this site is great and I've already been soaking it up.

The few the prod the T-100 owners!!

I've been super busy working on my T for the past few months. I did a ton of mods, but I'll just go ahead and list 'em all. I've got a '97 T-100 Titan SR5 XCAB. I have a custom front bull bar, rear tube bumper, nerf bars, and steel skid plate ( all built myself ), Rancho RS 5000 shocks all around, HD Torsion bars, 2" sus lift (Jerry Rigged), I run 31-10.50 Kumho Venture MT's on the stock alloy rims, I've tweaked with the engine a bit (K&N Filter, quad spark plugs, intake spacer, ect.) all small stuff, and still have plans for the beast. I'm begging the old lady to get me a winch for Christmas ( I traded mine for a set of Michelin's a couple of years ago, bad move) and have paid for it on several ocasions. I also want to put a rear locker in the thing, any suggestions?

To the trails!!

My Latest Pics

Went out for a second shot at the croatan in one day and should have stayed home. It only took a 4x4 recovery truck and a couple of hours to get me out, but I had to leave it in the hole overnight.

Question Want to move the front seat back, alittle.

Hello T-100 owners. I my self have a 03 Tundra v6, but the reason I got one is that my dad has a 97 T-100 v6 king cab. One thing he mentioned to me was that the front seat doesn't go far enough back for him(seeing as we are both 6'4"). I was wondering if anybody has or knows someone that has modified the front seat to make it go back alittle farther. Or if you guys and girls have any suggestions would help us alot.

Got a 1995 T100. It is manual and all stock (just replaced the factory air filter at 75k miles O_O). It's got the V6 3.4 liter, I've been tinkering with the idea of putting a higher flow fuel pump in, higher flow injectors, and putting a supercharger on it.

As for the front seat... I don't know. I'm 5'8" and I can scoot that seat back so far I can't touch the pedals extending my toes as far as I can. My friend is 6'4" and he doesn't seem to have any problems sitting in the drivers seat.

He says it only bothers him on long drives. But thanks for the reply, this is a kind of slow forum. Does anybody have any mods you like that you performed on your T-100's?

Thinking about a supercharger and lowering the suspension a little. Other than that, it's bone stock.

one of the latest config - helpin' the neighbor move a travel trailer off their leachfield. Can't wait for the trails to dry up; been a long winter.

Whoa. Snorkle.

I might put a snorkle on the truck. Wouldn't be so high, would be bigger diameter, and would go straight into the airbox. RAM AIR...

I added the snorkel for protection over performance. I've run the snout forward and not seen any notable gain from the ram - which may indeed have to do with the distance and diameter of the run. By the same token, I've seen noticeable performance gains in my blood pressure when the hood goes under. Sometimes it's all about the submarine impersonation

Yeah, I'd use something that is a little wider, and shorter. I'd put a little gutter in it, so water doesn't get into the airbox.

Hello Fellow T-100 owners, here's another (proud) owner! Got a 1998 X-Cab ,2WD, 5-speed with... drum- roll please, 36400 miles- yes, 36400 original miles. Don’t drive it much, as I am too worried that I’m wearing it down LOL! Actually, I spend more time keeping it clean and surfing the web trying to find some mod, which always gives me second thoughts, so nothing gets done from what it already has. The truck has TRD headers, a custom dual (glasspack) exhaust that really sounds great, and the elbow removal mod (plus some other minor things, tint, stereo/speaker upgrade, etc). Headers were worth the work of putting them in, just took some time, I wanted to make sure everything was right- no point in doing it twice if it's done right the first time I don't know if they are worth the price that TRD charges for them, but I got mine off of E-Bay over a year or so ago for a little over 300. I see now that JBA makes headers also, but there not cheap either (neighborhood of $550). Stopped by this site (which is great), which has ton of interesting forums and useful information and thought it would be worthwhile. Pics to come.

Where are all the T100s? Recently, I was in the market for an early model T100 and there aren't any for sale out there (4wd). Settled on a trade with my bro- 1994 Hilux 4wd for a 1994 Runner. I like it all the same but those T100's are gems. Congrats to all the owners out there!

i have a '98 2wd auto. i have 4:56 with a lock-right, k&n filter, 31" maxxis AT, 2 amps, alpine cd, 12" sub, and a flowmaster. also have factory alloys.

future upgrades include....2" wheel spacers, sway-a-way torsions, 1.5" balljoint spacer (currently in production process), fiberglass front and rear, and eventually some 33" tires.

i will update and post pics after spacers are finished and installed. if you would like spacers for your 2wd t100, or 86-95 pickups, let me know. prices will be just over $100 but hopefully under $150.
