The Few The Proud, The T100 Owners!!

A great post for a great truck. I am the proud owner of a '97 T100 SR5 with the Titan package (alloy wheels and somme other junk). Glad to see that T100 owners across America can unite for a cause, to help each other out!! (and brag a little). I haven't driven my T for 6 months (the wife has been takin' care of it while I've been in Iraq) but we will be reuninted in 7 days. I done a ton of mods, all myself, and hope to have some pics soon. Current Gizmos

Home Made Winch mount (no winch just lights)
Home Made Diamond Plate Skid Plate
Home Made diamond Plate side under bumpers (ripped off the old platic one)
Home Made rear Tubular bumper
Custom stereo and rear speakers
Rancho RS5000 Shocks
1.5 inch home suspension lift (put in coil overs in the front but got rid of 'em)
Kumho 31x10.50 Venture MT tires
And I've got a set of Warn locking hubs I'm going to install to get rid of the ADD 4 whell drive, but I haven't gotten around to it yet.

T100 Owner here. Previously had a '93 Pickup. Usually love the T100 but this week the clutch decided to stop working so not totally in love with her right now. I'm sure it'll be fine once I can fix her.

Just got a second T-100 after missing my old one. The mini I had in the mean time was cool, but just not a T.
It's a major project though. Hopefully will be all done and on the road by winter.

Im here. I have a 93 T100 4X4. I have not done any thing besides tires 31 10.50's. I have big plans and a small budget. The old eyes are bigger then the wallet thing. But I do have to admit it is hard to find much of anything for the old girl but I will stick with it she's a good truck.

New Owner of a 1994 T100 4X4 Single cab long bed with shell, sitting 8 inches higher 6 on suspension, and 2 on body, with aftermarket rims and 33 inch tires. Im pretty new to this truck, as i bought it for my wife and she wants to do some modifications, so im looking around for some things like Guages, Clear bumper lenses, side markers and Tail lights. Im not really sure if anything is interchangeable with any other toyota and if so what makes models and years, so im trying to get a heads up. So if anyone can point me in the direction it would be greatly appreciated. Anyways besides that i love the truck, it has some rancho 9000's rides great, and handles quite well since the wheels are offset for a little more balance. i Will try and get some pics so people will see.

Thanks

David

No clear lenses, side markers or taillights. Nothing interchangeable as far as I know. I just adapted these white gauge faces from a 4runner to fit.

Hi guys, I'm an original owner of a '96 T. it has been a great truck and I have almost 130,000 miles on it. Just got the idea to find a T100 forum. I am at work right now and i have to go. I'll check back soon. I'll post a pic of it when i get home.

From my understanding, and perusing the various boards, there is no such thing as a 6 inch suspension lift for a T100. How did you accomplish this?

Im here, too!

Hey, Kookadala,

I just found out about this site yesterday and first chance I got, I registered. I have learned an immense amount about T-100's through 4x4wire and I notice a few familiar names around here.

I just want to say that I have saved a ton of grief and solved a few problems (clutch bracket, O2 sensor, etc.) by reading and interacting, so I'm pleased to find another source of info about the T!

I've kept mine stock due to funds shortage (I support other toys: boat, atv, archery, black powder, etc.) Did I mention, wife, kids, grandkids, house, dog & cats? but I am excitedly waiting for my Bridgestone Revos in 265/75/16 to arrive this week for the upcoming hunting & plowing season!

WFM
P.S. I just pulled another Ford out of the ditch last night! Boys from my youth group came and got me to help the poor guy. This is my third Ford rescue... I call my tow strap and J hook the only Ford accessories on my Yota! ( I am an ex Ford, Dodge, GMC owner )

My T100

Here is a picture of my 1997 T100 SR5 4x4 5 Speed in or near to Escalante, Utah...near the Kiva Koffeehouse. I have 124,750 miles on it and it runs like the day I got it. It is completely stock except for LT tires instead of Ps and the bedliner and cap. Only a few things I need to be a bit cleaner...new seat covers for the driver's seat...it is great except for wear on the binder where the seatbelt has worn through...Toyota wants about $700 for these stock pieces! Also I need right front and left rear wheel moldings that are door-dinged.

I just bought a 2003 4Runner Sport V8 4x4 but my wife and I want to keep the T100 forever!

Best,

That's nice mr.t!! That's just the way mine looks except I have chrome wheels and fender moldings for the flare look. Mine is white too. But it is a 4" Pro Comp lift and not as radical as yours.
Thanks for the pics!!!

New sign on.

1993 4wd t100 8 ft box. This truck sits up high but doesn't look like it is lifted. What are the largest tires I can run both tall and wide without modifying. Onyone know? I am looking for links on parts and stuff. Exhuast, intake, chips so on. 188K on truck, 67K on engine.

You can fit 32x11.5x15 without any modification. 33s will go on with a 2 inch body lift. I am putting on 35s with a 4-inch suspension lift and 2-inch body lift. The best board I have found for info is 4x4wire.com
