Tundra with po135 and po155 codes

Tundra with po135 and po155 codes
I have a 2000 tundra with both bank o2 sensor codes tripped...
From what I can find to read, these are heated o2 sensors...and often the codes are thrown because the heater or relay is faulty...
is there a good way to test these possibilities?
