Tundra console LED's (maybe 4runner too)
This is a post of mine copied from TundraSolutions (so I don't have to type all over again
)
Anyways, I thought it might come in handy for those with Tundras on here, and it might work for other vehicles like the 4runner/fj/tacoma. Provides LOTS of light, I might take 1 or 2 sections off of the sides just because it is so bright at night.
I used a "Submini Lever Switch" from Radio Shack (Part Number 275-016A) Worked great, the LED's light up if the lid is opened more than 1/4" whether the truck is on or not. Here are some pictures.
Here's a new picture of the ribbon LED's in the center console.

The switch I used.

The switch mounted on the metal console hinge.

The LED's in action.

sorry bout that, thought I copied that information over too. Here is some more information, I also did the footwells with the same lights. They are $12.49 per foot.
Changed some of my LED's out. I had some extra "ribbon" LED's from another project. They are the neutral white ones from LED Ribbon Lights from Oznium, the neutral white is a lot easier on the eyes, but is still far away from the yellow incandescent glow. Installed in my passenger footwell with the supplied STRONG tape that is on the back of the strip. I will order some more for the drivers side sometime soon. There are 36 LED's in the two feet that I installed, Much better than the 24 (I think) in the small square one you get at other websites.
Anyways, they are worlds better than anything I ever got at AutoLumination or Superbrightleds (for the footlights). These make the other LED's look green. These pictures were taken with my new camera, the pictures look EXACTLY like how it looks in person.

Very Nice, i wish i did that to my 03' Tundra. i love how it looks, the White LED was a smart choice rather than something like blue. well i might have done black light or UV for the leg area's.
