Third brake light leaking??

Third brake light leaking??
It is dripping from the top on the inside just behind the ceiling liner, on the upper window gasket. I have removed the brake light three times. The first two times I used Permatex silicone window stuff, this last time I used 3M window sealer(heavy duty black stuff). Well it still leaks, any ideas? Has anyone had this problem?
