Service!!!!

ok guys.. i need some help! This Saturday im heading to arizona from So California. My tundra 04 is only 9 months old and it has 18800 miles on it! i have not done any major services only the regular 5000 mi service and of course oil change! I have not touched any fluids in the truck.. power steering.. diff.. trans.. anit-freeze..and coolant. I have not replaced my brake pads eversince i drove it off the dealership lot and now its been squeeking time to time. do u guys think i need to do 15000mi service @ $150? or the 5000mi service @ $50 ? The main differences is that the more exp one checks the brakes.. but they do not change the brake pads, so i have to pay more for the pads if it needs to be replaced! they also drain and refill trans fluid and replace the diff fluid! those are the only differences but the price differs a whole lot more!! What should i do? they also have a service for just replacing brakepads for $79 +t including labor! Should i go with the $50 + $79 ? or just go with $150? THANKs!!!!!
