Post Sequoia Performance

I have a 2002 Sequoia that I feel is underpowered around town. Does anyone have any experience with an after market computer chip or hilex intake tower.

Thanks,
Brian

The helix tower is balogne, serves really no purpose. The chip, I know it works in the Chevy's don't know about the Sequoia as I believe the ECU is simply one large computer, meaning you'd have to find an aftermarket computer with a chip already in there.

When you're driving around town and "feel the need for more speed" just disable the overdrive and I think you'll have the power you want in that Big Rig. I don't know about the 2002's ratio but the new 03's have 4:10's and are a tad quicker that the '01's. You can lift the Sequoia 2", go with 33's and 4:56 or 4:88 gearing and you will definitely surprise a few folks.
