New tundra purchase

Hey Im lookin at buyin an 05 toyota tundra double cab 4x4 with the 4.7l. Its only got 67k on the clock and has the trd pkg. can anyone tell me their luck with their tundra, what the trd pkg offers, and what you pull with your truck. Also the dealer is asking $16,900 is that a lil much.

never pay what the sticker says at the dealership, theres always room to work down the price. what does nada say for the value? ive always done that and just say this is what ill pay and heres why and then show them the nada print out. worked for my friend too.

Good truck. Great motor! My 03 is at 160,000 miles. It's still comfortable and easy to drive, decent gas mileage, able to haul anything I require and takes the four of us camping pretty much where ever we decide to go.

My inlaws have an 06 DCab and that extra 30 HP the VVTi version makes walks away from mine on a straightaway and the darn thing gets better mileage than mine!

Buy it, you'll probably like it and be happy with it.....

Oh yeah the TRD package is pretty much just a set of Bilstein shocks and some stickers....maybe the springs are a little different but I've heard varying information about those.

you should have at least gotten some cash back! the price difference in a 4x2 and a 4x4 is at least 2grand. probably more.

I still got it below book retail so I still came out just not as good as intended. The salesmen didn't know it wasn't either and said it was which is why they offered to take It back.
