Mass Air Flow Sensor problem???
I just installed an performance intake kit on my 2000 Tundra following the installation instructions, and now I have the check engine light "on". So I took it into a friends shop to run a diagnostic on it. After the diagnostic it came up with the Mass Air Flow Sensor code and now it won't reset. Is there any chance of the sensor going bad, or possibly wiring? Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks...Ken

Any chance that you put the MAF in backwards? (dunno if you can do that on the Tundras) Or, maybe you didn't hook up the electrical? Or maybe you tried to start it before you hooked up the electrical and that's the old code?
You say it "won't reset"... does that mean when you try to clear it, it goes out, and then comes back imediately? How does the truck run in general?

No the MAF can only be installed one way, and when I did reinstall the MAF i didn't disconnect the plug. What I mean by not reseting is...using the code reader it won't clear the code from the computer.

Try pulling one of the battery cables, wait a minute and put it back on. That should clear the code.
Do you know what the code actually was? There are a few of them talking about the MAF.
