Help w/ Squeaky Clutch Fork!!!!!!!!!!

Ive been dealing with this problem for couple years now. The clutch fork inside the bell housing gets squeaky after i drive for a while. Originally i got it to stop by spraying some Toyota white grease in there but it doesnt seem to last very long. Has anyone had this problem? If so is there a preferred way of dealing with it, or am i going to have to just get a new throwout bearing and consequently a new clutch while their are in there. I think the shaft and the throwout bearing and the clutch fork touching the throwout bearing are the problem.
Thanks for any help.

Or T100 has a squaky problem too. Unless it's a metal on metal noise, it's probably harmless.
