97 T100 Pre Ignition
Also known as spark knocking or pinging.Happens under load only. Gets better with premium fuel 94 octane, but not gone. Truck is tuned well. High miles at 145,000. Any sensors to look at or any ideas at all?

Have you cleaned your MAF sensor? Crud builds up on the wires inside and makes you run lean. Try to find some CRC electrical parts cleaner and go to it.
