3M Paint Protective Film
#1
After reading from the Tundra Q&A document posted elsewhere here. I did a bit a research on this 3M product. See the attachment for a PDF file and HTTP addresses. I plan on purchasing some for some of the probelm areas on my Tundra. I have never seen paint chip so easily and deeply. I will post the details on my application after I find a retail outlet that sells it locally. happy truckin...

Thanks, I will check it out. Most of my research indicated that it was geared toward pro detail shops. Everything I have read leads me to believe that I could do this without much trouble.

A bunch of the guys on the Lightning board I used to visit used that stuff. It worked really well - the only color you could kinda see it on was black. I'll see if I can dig up some old threads from f150online when I get a few minutes.

These are the two that I could find. I know there was one with pictures of StonGuard on a black truck, but I can't seem to find it. I'll keep digging and see what turns up.
