Post 2004 sequoia TRD Qs

I'm new to the site and was looking for a little constructive feedback...

I'm looking to get a new '03 or '04 Sequoia limited and was wondering what the changes, if any, are coming for '04. I guess they don't come out until October but maybe someone out there has the inside scoop (besides the dealers... they're the last to know for obvious reasons). Specifically, has anyone heard of a nav system coming or a back-up sensor so the wife doesn't run over the dog??

Also, with installation of the TRD supercharger, is the exhaust changed to allow it to exhale all that hp & torque? Anyone have the Borla exhaust or similar? Are they dual exhaust?

The 4.7L superchargers are hit or miss. I work at a Toyota dealership, and we've been having problems with them grenading. Yeah, they increase hp, but I'd wait till they work the kinks out a little

charged up

hmmmm... I've already had one installed. I love it - no problems yet. I'll keep my fingers crossed. A different problem just came up- seems like my steering wheel isn't centered in straight line driving. tire pressure is ok... ever see this problem?

Usually in any type of vehicle, if the alignment is okay, then it just might be road crown. The road is like a hill with usually the middle lane being the top of the hill, sort of speak. On the right lane, your rig or car will drift to the right cause the slope is towards the right so it gives the illusion of pull and you hold your steering wheel to the left to go straight. Same aspect if you are in the far left lane, it curves more towards the left so you hold your steering wheel to the right to keep in a straight line. Now some roads are all one slope downward (usually towards the middle) so no matter what lane you are in, you hold the steering wheel another direction to keep the rig going straight, than drift to the side of the slope.

One of the individuals on this board made a good comment about if it is the tires or wheels that cause the pull, at their shop, they will rotate the tires and see if the pull shifts to the otherside, if not, further investigation is required.

So if you don't mind me asking what is the pull in, a Sequoia?

I had this problem with an RX-7 once after an alignment. Apparently, when re-connecting cables and bolts and arms and stuff, they forgot to center the steering wheel. Maybe that's whats wrong.
