Thumbs up 2002 Tundra V6 IAT Mod Wiring Help

I purchased an IAT sensor mod, but I am not sure how to install this on the five wire connector at the plug. It calls for the 12v wire and the wire that has the ohm reading between 600-5000 ohms. Obviously it was the not the red and black as the common installation says. Please help with the correct wires.

IAT Sensor

This is the sensor located on the air intake that regulates the ECU information. The chip bypasses the sensor to keep the fuel flowin and the engine running as if it were cold. I am tryin desperately to give more pep to the v6. I have installed an K&N intake, throttle body extension, but more power is requested for little cash.
