07 Tundra noise in front end when turning Left

I recently bought an 07 Tundra and I have noticed a sound kind of between a squeal and grinding noise coming from the front end when cornering Left. This happens at almost all speeds above 5mph or so. I read somewhere there was a ball joint recall in Tundras up to 06 and sequoias up to 07. Could this be a ball joint? If not, any ideas what it could be. It doesn't make any noise going straight or Right.

If its only happening while you are turning the steering wheel i would lean towards ball joints or tie rod end. If it continues with the steering wheel still but the truck is turning i would lean towards a bearing or an axle.

thanks

It is a metal on metal sound when cornering to the Lt even when the wheel is held still. Only in some of the sharper corners at speeds over 5 or 10 MPH. I noticed it on the interstate as well the other day. I also read somewhere that it could be the rotor dust cover rubbing when cornering Lt. I still haven't had the time to get under it and try to bend that out yet, but I'll keep the other things in mind if that doesn't work.
