I have a 2003 tundra 2 wheel drive with the v8 auto trans. I do alot of towing and hauling and my trucks only a half ton. I need to step my springs up. they aren't wore out but they sink with the loads i haul. I need to know if Toyota makes a 3/4 ton or if i can pull the springs out of an old ford and put under my tundra. Don't get me wrong i no I'll still only be able to haul 1/2 ton but i just don't like the way she rides when she's loaded down.

 

I would have a custom leaf pack made, that way you can tailor it to your needs.

 

No springs from another vehicle will swap right in. There would have to be fabrication work.

Why don't you get airbags?

 

My dad has a 2000 tundra that we use for hauling hay and farm equipment. One of the first things we did was add airbags to it. They work great. He's had them on their for at least 7-8 years, and they haven't given us a lick of trouble.
