03 Sequoia 4x4 indicator light

03 Sequoia 4x4 indicator light
Every time I start my 03 Sequoia 4x4 indicator light flashing orange in the center and all 4 tires are green. I can push the 4wd button and it will change to just a orange flashing light in the center. I don't hear it engage or disengage either. I have never had an issue with the 4x4 until now. So I tested the position switches on the transfer case actuator and found that the #1 position switch is bad. Replaced it and nothing changed still wont engage. I have noticed that when I try to engage 4x4 that neither actuators makes any sound at all.
