What are the differences in the '97 LC and the '97 40th Anniversary Edition LC? Is the only difference in the two tone interior and paint?

 

I have heard that the primary differences are the additional color (Sage) was offered, and most of the LC's sold in the US were basic models. I have also read that Anniveray Editions have had major problems with the climate control, fyi. As for the CE Series, I think it was primarily badging and paint scheme. no clue on the front and rear diff locks.
