1978 FJ40 HELP with rear brake adjustment!!!

1978 FJ40 HELP with rear brake adjustment!!!
Replaced the wheel cylinder (all 4) and now the brakes just don't feel right. One side locks up and the other side does nothing. Any trick to adjusting these rear brakes? Are we missing something? Any help appreciated.
