yep.. one tire fire! that what happens when you have an open diff.
to clarify my previous post. if you buy a lockright for a 86-95 4runner/pickup FRONT diff (7.5" diff) it will fit in the rear of a 2wd pickup.

How hard is it to put in? Also in thought one tire fire was the right tire not left

its what ever tire has the least amount of traction....one way I have found to fight that in the mud or snow (with out a locker) you just lock the ebrake and it will put the same amount of drag on both back tires and make them both pull...

Hate to revive a dead thread, but did you have to do any body lift or torsion twist to clear the 30" tires? I am resurrecting an '82 and I want to stuff as much tire as I can under there without lifting or rubbing.
