My e-brake on my 93 2wd Pickup doesn't really do much. Brakes on the truck work fine with the pedal, and the e-brake engages fine when I pull it, but if its more than a slight incline it doesn't really have any holding power. Is there something I can adjust to fix this? Anyone else had this problem?

 

There should be an adjustment under the truck where the single cable splits to each side.
