Brake Help

I've got a 2000 4runner limited with ABS. The brake pedal goes to the floor, but will pump up, then bleeds off while the motor is running. Pumps up and holds while truck is off.
I've changed the MC,bled brakes, and made the abs kick in and bled again. And checked the brake booster.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Adjust the rear brakes with the tires off the ground to the point that the they pretty much contact the drum and cause the very slightest amount of drag(it won't drag after 1 emergency stop), then adjust the e-brake cable at the console to remove any slack. If that doesn't work then try adjusting the rod at the brake pedal to make sure it isn't coming to far out causing air to enter the system.
