Hi all I have a 82 2wd short bed 4spd that has been in the family since new. Its got somwhere north of 380K miles on it now (not sure exactly as the odometer randomly sticks for several miles) and its time to replace all the suspension bushings. after some research i came up with this list for my bushings. all energy suspension part numbers.

8.3102g
8.7103g
8.2101g
8.5104g 22mm bar
9.13101g

Is there anything else i should do while i have it appart?
My goal is just keep it stockish but get a little better mpg. For that My options are put in a 5spd. Change the rear gear. Or taller tires/wheels or a combo of any of these. As it sits it has the stock wheels and tire on it now.

This truck sees mostly hwy use and I like to cruise 70+ but with a 4spd it kills the milage. I dont get good mpg unless I cruise at 60mph or lower.

Any suggestions to the above would be appreciated. Thanks.
