Yes it will

project completion ? I have NO idea .. i'm just working on it in my spare time .. I have been neglecting other stuff , so I actually need to kick it out of the shop for a bit ..

but I did get a little more done on the tranny tunnel .

It MUST be removable , because of the frame design . If ever I need to remove the tranny , it will have to come out from the top .

so .

here is the cab tunel frame .

load of work .. took all day .

ok .. so heres my plans . dont do the photoshop thing so bare with me .
it's a 2 lever system .

basically , I want to "lay down" the rear struts . like this ..

so right now i'm in the midst of making 8 bracket mounts ...

so I can get everything "tacked" into place .. so I can measure for the leavers . I now have the links made , that fit the original lower strut mounts .

and they fit like so ......

also have the side supports

and FINALLY got the bushings figured ..

Looks pretty sweet.
I'm not really a fan of modifications of that sort, I would rather leave things stock, however, yours does look pretty cool

I love toyota 2wd's. My old 77 and my current 82 are both 2wd's, and are IMO the best trucks ever.

I still have to get "re-organized" on this build .. but it now has an up front dedicated space ..

I'm stoked to get this one " happenin' " ..

so today .. a little work "lining up" the cab to build mounts for it ..

also , I thought I would let you people in on the plans
this is the first time I have mentioned this .. so bare with me ..

caged front 2" in tube + inner roll cage (2")
3 piece flip front clip , on hydrolics (3" flared fenders custom hood )
3" flared box on hydrolics .. smoothed
suside doors with poppers
full custom fiber dash , w/supra guages +
supra interior w/ full electric seats
smokin' sterio w custom enclosures

kind of the plan .. but not in stone yet !!

got to work on the wheels and stance today ..

New fenders with my big fat rollers

they fit awesome , but I wont be able to stuff them up in there .. just to close .. so I tried out some 5" back spacing wheels .. closer , but still not what I want
