Is this guy considered a preferred customer yet? haha! It truly is a testament to your work if he keeps coming back! Looking forward to see how these turn out!

Have you ever had a truck torn apart like that and had the panel not fit?

new 1/4rs fit .

David has some rust we have to deal with , before the 1/4rs are mounted peminantly . Also , have to still make the transition on B and C pillars (I will show this)
so far coming along as expected

I had no doubt your panels fit 100%! I was just thinking about the early trial & error type days when you were new to panel making. Progress looks good though! Luckily my 4Runner doesn't have any rust, but if it did you'd be the person I'd call

bonding strips made and installed

These are simply just a flat piece of fiberglass , cut to fit . they are flexable , and easy to install . Epoxied into place , with the epoxy filling all the "air gaps" the panel is ready to install . (just have to fix some rust first)
