I see you used my gas pedal mod .. right on .. and , I don't mind at all . this is why we post .. to help , inspire and give our ideas to the community to use at there discretion
I hear ya !! , still working on my 2WD
Trekker took 4 years , and I'm still adding things .. press on my brutha , you'll get there !! and then you'll understand "seat time"

Yep, I can't give you enough credit for the ideas and inspiration you have provided me. Doing the work is the "easy" part, the ideas aren't always as such. The gas pedal mod is a really good one too - so much more ergonomic and comfortable over the stock setup. I did mine slightly different than you so I could retain the original throttle cable location in the firewall, but the results are the same. For future reference on your builds, it looks like the 92-96 Lexus ES300 pedal might be an even better candidate - might be worth a try if you are doing any in the future for your customers.

what can I say ... your welcome , my pleasure !
This is great .. because of my engine swap , I had to use the 3.0L throttle cable , so I had to relocate it . I love that you took my info. and made it fit your application .
your build will inspire tons of people as well . your ideas and informative posts will continue to inspire for years to come .
my thumbs up to u my friend

Like Ayrton Senna once said ''being second is being the first of the ones who lose''
Hahaha seriously you know your truck is a superstar when you get called to go to a show, congrats on your finnish
What came in first place?
Also I have some questions about your anti-axle wrap setup, are you still satisfied and would you have done something differently? Do you think it would be efficient with 34'' mud tires for crawling and some little bouncing with a 22r? I'm running 31'' ltb and I have some bad axle wrap, even on the street.

you can think of this setup as the same thing as a latter bar, traction bar , just not as harsh and you will loose NO clearance .. it has some "give" , so it still allows some spring movement , really it just depends on the compression rate of the shock you choose . I still love it , and works great with my , just about 300 hp skinny pedal

2 shows last weekend .. 1st was in Kamloops . huge show , over 800 cars, trucks , semis , buggies and bikes , everything you can think of .
I only got a couple of pictures that I thought I would share
first a customer that chopped his 4Runner and used our fronts and rears

and , this poor thing ...

Second show was in Salmon Arm ..
Very nice setting .. old town museum , it was really cool . Even nicer having my boy back for a holiday and spending time with him .

I have developed a transmission leak .. the 1 thing I never took apart and rebuilt . the wrecker I got it from said he did , and with new silicone on there , I though all was ok .. but it's now leaking .
I also have the URD fuel injectors and S/C drive pulley, crank and piggy back computer . I also have a walbro pump I want to install ..
and if I can , I might just pull the engine out , and do some cleaning and powder coating

I suppose you are right... I'm not going to lie, my truck will see the snow ONCE just to see how it handles it, but then it will be garaged until all the salt is well gone.
On a different note, did those mud flaps ever show up?

I suppose that will be a well deserved Booooo....
Damn USPS pisses me off about those flaps. I do have another set that I'm was planning on using on my truck, but I'm still a little on the fence about it. If I end up not using them then they are yours, but this time I'll FedEx them!
