I´ve been seeing your thread for 2 days now...
I have a stock 22r 4wd 86 pick up/ Bf´s Goodrich 30x 10 all terrain that I love, And because of my lack of knoledge and the dificulties of finding what I need down here in Acapulco (Mexico)... I´m able to do only little things to improve my truck, but I love to work on her... I´m certanly learning a lot from all you guys...Congrats Man you are a true example of what it takes...

now slacker we fully expect that the pull apart, welding, painting and reassembly will only take 4-5 hours
You have an audience waiting!!! thanks again for the inspiration!

ahh yeah right !!!! no rushing anything here , i'll just take my sweet time ! (hence the name)

little work on the dash today .. got the clutch start switch and "spare" switch cover mounted on the left side ..
had to cut out the old dash piece , make a new "cluster" mount and suport piece for the underside .. welded it all in , and got the dash partially back together

ratz ... I still need to find one !

so .. looking at the pics this morning , the guage cluster looked "off"

I guess from my pulling it in and out of the truck with the suports cut out , bent it . the whole left lower section was "bent" over about 1/2 inch . once its bolted in the truck , should be good . but I had to bend it back into position ... I'll have to be more carefull !
