I've been to his shop. It's quite a process making the bed, but you won't regret having it. No rust ever again!

the list is getting shorter (as per your box) you'll notice most of my posts are on weekends !! really , I only work on the Trekker in my "spare" time (some weekends and evenings ) .. this is why it's taking so long

so a little bit more today ....

I got the dome lamp/rear view mirror "fit" and wired

and almost done the wiring .. only things left now are the :

1. radiator cooling FAN
2. amp guage
3. boost guage
4. o/p guage .... and any other guage I might "think" I will need

everything else is DONE !
I know it dosnt look very "nice " at the moment , I do still have to "pull " some pins and i'm going to wait untill I pull it out again to do so .. most of the final saudering is DONE .. again .. I want to wait for some of it untill pull the harness out , so I'm not working in such cramped quarters .

also working on the factory air box just about dont that ..

(though yours looks better)

pic also reminded me of a question I had for you. Across the top of the Trekker shell where it mounts to the cab are three sections where it kind of steps out about 3/4" from the frame about 5-6" long. Are these there for reinforcment? Just curious what they were for...
yep ... exactly .

I could use those bumper brackets ... If you'll pack em up in a "small" package and ship em to me parcel post .. also , please put them as a "gift" or "no value" as they charge the crap out of us for import fees .. that would be cool ... I think I FINALLY found a bumper .

and let me know the charge , I will riemburse

still have to modify the seat crossmembers to fit (there just sitting there ) and weld the nuts before I can weld them in --- but kind of shows you the seat support .
