i bought this 4runner a few weeks ago and it was in need of some TLC..... it had been in a wreck before and it obviously cut the wire harness during the wreck.... so my dad bought a wrecked 4runner that was a limited... with a rear locker and 86,000 miles...... i swaped the hole intire front wire harness for into it...... then i realized that the wrecked one was a canada model and had daytime running lights.... so now i don't have headlights... but i'm still happy because now at least it runs and turns off without killing the battery... but now i took the enterior pieces out of the limited and installed them into my 4runner..... (door panels, dash trim, leather seats) and i'm working on the e-locker now..... and i have a pretty sweet idea about how to rig up an undercover locker switch.... i'm going to use the 4wd shifter out of the limited and use the button on the side that says 4wd for the electric locker...and just to let all of you guys know, i did all of this work by myself and i'm currently 15 and waiting for my drivers license.... but anyways.... there is way more to come... and i'm trying to do pictures now......

Today.... i painted the wheels... well 2.5 of the wheels.. LOLOL you know how time is.... and they turned out awesome!!!!! i absolutely love them.... thinking about the fender flares and license plate surroundings in this color as well.... what do you "experts" think..... lol

oh oh.... and if you couldn't tell from the picture...... i stole the bug deflecter off of the wrecked one as well.... i think it looks really nice with the grill.... but thats just me....LOLOLOLOLOL

 

i got some new wheels and tires today!!! and removed the running boards, and painted the grill!!! i think it changed to look totally!!!

 

got my lift in... and a roof rack

 

got bored and decided to try out my parking lot flex

 

Got my E-Locker in, also found some nice junk yard trash that is other peoples treasures.... as well as removed the sway bar for more flex!!! ready to wheel it!!!... i now have 4.30's rather than 3.90's!!!

 

today, i got some auxiliary reverse lights because i tinted mine and they are hard to see in the dark.... they turned out very well i'm very pleased with them



today i also bought a trek session 7 off of craigslist!!!

 

nice setup so far, on both the 4runner and the bike. How much did you get the bike for if you don't mind my asking? Looking for a used one myself possibly...

so, i got my 4wd working properly yesturday.... what a pain to change diffy's..... and my dad ordered him, my brother, and I, all rock sliders... idk what they look like or anything yet, but they should be sweet... and a locker motor guard!!!

 

i installed my rock sliders and wow, i love them so much!
