Looking forward to finished pics.
I ordered the 4000's from Susquehanah last January. After seeing your thread, I ordered 3 sets of HID's from DDM Tuning. Two pair of 4.5k's for the (3)4000's and one set of 3k's for the factory fogs.

Thanks man, she should be a monster when finished.

Finally got started this weekend on the lift. SS#1 is on, installed steering rack bushings, and went over the entire underside of the truck with SEM Rust-Seal. Heres how she sits tonight after I dropped her down off the jackstands. Definitely needs an alignment so I'll do that first thing in the morning. Overall, I would say the toughest part was installing the longer rear brakelines. What a bitch that was...

This is the pic I took after doing a small section to try it out. It comes out of the bottle looking like milk and dries to a very hard black coating. I did the frame rails, suspension components, rear axle, and anywhere on the underside of the body that looked like rust was starting. Surprisingly, there was very little surface rust and only at pinch welds back near the spare tire. I'll get some more shots of that tomorrow.

More pics tomorrow after I get it aligned. Chrome is going away shortly as well...

Thanks for the comments guys. I'll try to snap some pics of the truck tomorrow before work. Alignment is done and the truck rides great. Hats off to Steve for putting together a really nice kit that has excellent street manners.

I'm currently working on the inside of the truck with sound deadening and stereo stuff. I'll update this Sunday night.

Here's a few more. Disregard the chrome, that will be gone shortly. More updates next week...

Have you notice any power loss with going with 33's and how's the ride?

Yup, you can notice a difference in terms of power but I was expecting that. Its not a big deal around town but you do notice it on the highway when you need to pass someone. Mileage is down about 2mpg right now but I also had the a/f sensor go bad the day I got the lift on. New sensor is in the mail.

As for the bumpers, I bought some Durabak for my BudBuilt skid plate and I was thinking of using that after scuffing the chrome. The grill and the rear license plate surround will be painted by a buddy.

Thanks for the comments.
