Tore the front apart and did some cutting/welding on the front bumper. Tied the skid plate to the bumper with two tabs, deyellowed headlights, painted and cleared the bumper....

Great truck. I really like the FJ60 Toyota Emblem - nice touch. (I may have to steal that idea). Did you need to lift it to fit the 33x10.5's under there?

Where did you get the grill from? I've been thinking about doing something similar but with a 4runner badge.

 

Sorry I dont get on here much. The grille is a stocker 00 tacoma grille cut and fitted with the mesh backing. The mesh is a 1/8" thick diamond pattern. The mesh is bolted in place and I used an fj60 toy badge to finish it off.
