your opinions on Iridium Plugs

I am looking into getting iridium plugs for my 2001 Taco v6. Are they worth it and will i notice a difference? I hear very good things about these plugs...

You really do want to take advantage of the search function. It'll save you the time waiting for a response and it can help you learn more then you were originally asking for.

Here's one thread a quick search came up with:

they are cool if your truck requires them, if not they are cool, jsut cost too much and you wont see a benefit

I run the irids, but I also run a aftermarket ignition system so I think they last a lot longer than regular plugs. As said above though they are $$$$

I run em, partially because it cost me like $1 more a piece for the iridiums over the reg platinums...seem to work good, maybe a little cleaner burning as there seems to be less crap in my exhaust now....could also be that my old plugs were really old and worn

I don't see the benefit in a stock vehicle (if you are stock).

I don't know how tough the Toyota's are on ignition components but, you can replace the plugs twice, maybe 3 times, for the price difference. For a buck more a plug - I'd run 'em too.
